Booking, cancellation, arrival, and how to prepare
Book and pay on Klook, with confirmation within 24 hours. Cancellation is free with at least 48 hours’ notice in destination local time. Arrive 10 minutes early with your mobile voucher. A late arrival may not be accommodated or refunded. Come with basic skincare only, because heavy makeup beforehand shortens the lesson. The class is not for heavy, party, or smoky makeup or false lashes, and it is not aimed at a highly experienced person with a fixed style.
Reservation and cancellation
You book the package and pay through Klook. Confirmation is within 24 hours. Cancellation is free if you give at least 48 hours’ notice, counted in the destination’s local time. That clock is Busan time, not the time zone you booked from.
Arrival
Arrive 10 minutes early and present the mobile voucher. If you are late, the studio may not seat you and may not refund you. The 10 minutes are there so the lesson itself can start on time, rather than starting with the door.
Preparation, and who the class is not for

The class is not for heavy, party, or smoky makeup, and it is not for false lashes. It is also not the right class if you already have a fixed, advanced style you do not want changed. The work is natural daily Korean makeup.
